Sr Director of Marketing
Sara Kallus-Svoboda has over 15 years of experience in the luxury real estate marketing industry. Prior to joining Carpenter & Company, Sara worked as an Account Executive at Marc USA Advertising in Miami, where she quickly found her passion for real estate. She joined Related Group of Florida in 2004 and managed over $20 million in marketing budgets for multiple luxury property developments in Miami and South Beach such as Icon South Beach, Murano Grande, Apogee, St Regis Bal Harbour, One Miami, 50 Biscayne and Trump Towers. Some of her duties included designing and leading strategic marketing, PR and event planning activities.
Sara’s success caught notice of Related New York and she was asked to move to New York as a Director of Marketing to manage over $35 million in marketing, event planning, PR communications and media budgets for notable projects such as Superior Ink, The Harrison and The Caledona. This experience led her to Douglas Elliman Development Marketing where she quickly moved up the ranks to become an Executive Vice President of Marketing. Sara led and managed the sales and marketing teams for some of NY’s top developers such as The Witkoff Group (150 Charles, Ten Madison Square West), Ian Schrager Companies (215 Chrystie St, 160 Leroy St and The Residences at the Miami Beach EDITION), Magnum Real Estate (Ralph Walker 100 Barclay St), and Taconic Investment Partners (The Sterling Mason Tribeca and Essex Crossing). She also oversaw DEDM’s Miami Beach’s top luxury condominium development portfolio such as 1 Hotel & Homes, The Fasano Hotel & Residences, Faena, and Monad Terrace.
She now joins Carpenter & Company as their in-house Sr Director of Marketing. She is overseeing the marketing, PR and event planning for the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences One Dalton Street, Boston.
