Seerman is an industry leading sales and marketing expert, specializing in ultra luxury branded hotel and residential developments. He joined Carpenter in 2017 to lead sales at Four Seasons Private Residences New Orleans, where he isresponsible for managing all on site sales activities for the premier luxury residential tower.

Over the past 16 years, David has sold more than $700 million of real estate at ultra luxury residences throughout the US and the Caribbean.

Seerman graduated from Loyola University in 2005, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
