Carpenter & Company worked with CambridgeSeven and interior designer Bill Rooney Studios to completely renovate and reposition the Hanover Inn, including a new Conference Center addition, two new restaurants, a full update to the existing guestrooms, and 16 new guestrooms. The Hanover Inn has a timeless quality, with brick walls, white pilasters, residential style dormers and a classic front porch overlooking the famous Dartmouth Green. The renovations, designed to integrate with the solid history of the building, create a fresh, updated look and feel that reinforces the visitor’s feeling of being at Dartmouth College, in an environment deeply rooted in New England tradition.
